Hong Kong  and China logistics classification :
China-hong Kong logistics refers to the whole process of transporting goods between mainland China  and Hong Kong 。
Mainland China  and Hong Kong have two different systems  and Hong Kong is a free trade port, so a lot of goods from the mainland will be transported to Hong Kong  and then shipped to other countries 。
Express declaration
1. The declaration  and inspection of express goods shall be carried out during the customs office hours  and in the special supervision place where the operator is located. If it needs to be carried out outside the customs office hours  or the special supervision site, it shall obtain the consent of the Customs in advance  and provide the customs with the necessary office space  and necessary facilities free of charge. (2) For express goods entering the territory, customs declaration formalities shall be completed with the Customs within 24 hours after the means of transport declares entry  into China; Outward express goods shall be declared to the Customs four hours before the means of transport leaves the territory. (1) Timely submit to the Customs the documents  and materials required for the clearance of the express parcel  and truthfully declare the express parcel carried. (2) Notification receiving, sender paying  or agent receiving, sender paying import  and export taxes on express  And in accordance with the provisions of inbound  and outbound express pay regulation fees, supervision fees, etc. (3) Unless approved by the Customs, the express parcels within the time limit of supervision shall be stored in specially established warehouses under Customs supervision  and properly kept. Without customs approval, it is not allowed to load, unload, unpack, re-pack, pick up, deliver, dispatch  or carry out other operations within the time limit of supervision. "Time limit of supervision" refers to the period from the declaration of the means of transport to the completion of customs formalities for the inbound express goods; The express parcel shall be declared to the customs until the means of transport leaves the territory. (4) The operator shall classify the parcels before they are examined by the Customs. When the customs examines the express parcel, the operator shall send its staff to the scene  and be responsible for the moving, opening, resealing  and packaging of the express parcel. (5) If an express parcel is found to contain articles under prohibited circumstances, it shall not be disposed of without authorization, but shall immediately notify  and assist the Customs in handling it. Unless otherwise stipulated, class A, B  and C express goods shall be declared to the customs according to the following provisions: Class A express goods shall be declared to the Customs by KJ1 declaration form, general waybill, sub-waybill  and invoice of each express goods. Categories B  and C shall go through the customs declaration formalities with KJ  and KJ3 declaration form, general waybill, sub-waybill  and invoice of each express parcel respectively. For class A, B  and C express goods declared in accordance with the above provisions, the Customs may, depending on the circumstances, require the operator to provide detailed written information related to the goods before the goods are released. Category D express goods shall submit to the Customs the declaration form of import  and export goods  and the documents related to the import  and export of goods  and articles. 6. The Customs may accept the declaration made by the operator through electronic data interchange (EDI) for the express goods that meet the regulatory requirements. Declaration to the customs through EDI has the same legal effect as declaration to the customs through written documents.
Declaration of special express
1. Special package shall be used for special express  and the name of the operator  and the words "special express" shall be marked on the general package.
